One of Palma's best-known traditional wine cellars. The restaurant retains a classic decor with large wine casks and serves traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Its specialties include "frit de matances" (traditional pork fry), tongue with capers, Mallorcan soups, stuffed aubergines, "arroz brut" and gató cake with almond ice cream. The restaurant has maintained a family-run and traditional ethos for generations.
