Museos Capitolinos

Considered the oldest public museum in the world, it occupies the palazzos on the Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo. It houses the Capitoline She-Wolf, the original equestrian statue of Marcus Aurelius, and major classical sculptures. Its terrace offers views of the Roman Forum.
