Fuerte de Al Jahili

Built in the late 19th century, Al Jahili Fort is one of the most beautiful historical buildings in the Emirates. Its mud-brick walls and four-tier circular watchtower house an exhibition about the British explorer Wilfred Thesiger and his desert journeys. It is surrounded by a pleasant palm garden. Located very close to the center of Al Ain, it regularly hosts temporary exhibitions.
