Kinkaku-ji (Pabellón Dorado)

Zen temple whose main pavilion is covered in gold leaf and reflects in a pond surrounded by gardens. It is one of Japan's most photographed places and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The visit follows a path through the gardens.
