RUTA DEL REPETIDOR

The Mijas Repeater Route is one of the most popular mountain excursions in the Sierra de Mijas. The trail climbs up to the telecommunications repeater located next to Pico Mijas, at an altitude of around 1,150 metres, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Costa del Sol, the Mediterranean Sea, the Sierra de las Nieves and even Africa on clear days. The route crosses pine forests and areas of great natural wealth and is part of the Self-Guided Trail Network of the Mijas Town Hall. It is a recommended route for hikers with an average physical condition due to its elevation gain.
