Oasis y desierto de Liwa

At the gates of Rub al-Khali, the Empty Quarter, Liwa is one of the largest oases on the Arabian Peninsula. Its villages and palm groves stretch for tens of kilometers among giant red sand dunes. It is the perfect destination to experience the desert in its purest form. It is advisable to stay in one of its desert hotels to watch the sunrise over the dunes.
