Boulevard Pasteur is the main artery of modern Tangier, featuring international-era buildings, shops, historic cafes, and bookstores like Librairie des Colonnes. At the end is the Terrace of the Slothful, a viewpoint with old cannons facing the port and the Strait. It is the place where Tangier locals take a stroll in the late afternoon. A great way to discover the most European and lively side of the city.
