Ait Ben Haddou

The ksar of Ait Ben Haddou is a spectacular mud-brick fortified city rising on a hill next to the Ounila river, on the ancient caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. A UNESCO World Heritage site, it has served as a setting for numerous films and series. Climbing up to the granary at the top offers breathtaking views of the valley and the desert.
